Knowing that orchids are a perishable natural product and that orchid arrangements are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether orchids will last as long as anticipated or whether the designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved service, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Substitution Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that orchids come in a wide range of colors, sizes, and availability, and we often need to make substitutions. This policy outlines our approach to orchid substitutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
In the event that a specific orchid variety or color is unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar orchid of equal or greater value. We carefully select substitute orchids to ensure they maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of the original order. Orchids are living organisms and can exhibit natural variations in color and size. While we make every effort to accurately represent the orchids in our product listings, variations are inevitable.
Prior to making any substitution, we will promptly notify the customer about the unavailability or variation of the ordered orchid. The customer will be provided with a clear description of the substitute orchid, including any color or size differences, and given the opportunity to accept or cancel the order.
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the integrity of our orchid arrangements. We strive to communicate openly and transparently with our customers regarding any necessary substitutions, allowing them to make an informed decision about their order.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these situations, as our intention is always to deliver the highest quality and most visually appealing orchid arrangements possible.
Delivery Policy
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
